JAP...Just Another Post
Its a beautiful life...
That is the name of my blog...in case u people didnt notice till now
Now what is the point of me starting a post with the same name as my blog? Now Indians are known to be an intelligent race, and since all of u n me am Indian, so we would also think on a similar frequency.
So wat u are thinking...n what i am implying is....my life...currently...is goin on great
1. my work is goin on good...as in the work is...(ok it seems to be...) wat i joined mba for...
as in my last post...i had written...the question...why mba...n i said...strategy...business problems...dealing with people....creating actual impact.....
i beleive the profession i am in...i am doing ALL of it...
2. i just dunked a 20 pack dunhill cig pack in the sink n threw it into the waste paper bin....
yes...i am trying to reduce to smoking....the reasons for the same...might appear later in the post....however...am very surprised...n happy with my will power....have reduced considerably
3. coming back to cigs....one of the reasons i smoked so much was...i didnt give a f***...kya jaata hai....cancer ho jayega....lungs sadh jayenge...mar jaunga...
but now i care....
i used to work out...run...thrive for a good physique....
but i never cared for my health....coz ...now this may sound filmy....i was living JUST for today...n in a way....NOT LVING for tomoro...
but today...i want to live for BOTH today...AND tomoro....coz tomoro...i am sure...is very beautiful
4. my friends seem to be doin well...as in one got engaged...one's brother got engaged n cleared his way for engagement...one got committed n is enroute to engagement....
professionally...chaddo yaar...sab khush hi honge
but one has to be happy in the heart to be really happy...right :o)
now i repeat my initial statement...its a beautiful life :o)
5. i like the life of a consultant.....till now that is :D
yesterday...dinner at the best chinese (proclaimed by the hotel's registration desk) restaurant in Kuala Lumpur
5 drinks of whiskey (had office today na..).....
1 jameson...irish whiskey....
1 singleton 12 yrs...single malt whiskey
1 jack daniels...bourbon whiskey
1 johnny walker black label...scotch
1 jimi something...again bourbon
n here...have had...chinese, vietnamese, italian, continental, spanish, etc etc cuisines....
but the best was dinner at mugen
why was that....hmmm....
btw...mugen is not in kuala lumpur.. :o)
good night guys...its 2:20 here...n have to wake up in the morning to go to the gymn...n then off to office...
btw...have lost 6 kgs since i joined consulting...have no idea how
when i left home...i was 70...
when i checked my weight in the gymn here in KL...i was 63 odd...
ab to bas abs ki fight hai :o)....
